Leathers told Inside Edition it's her in the photo.
'I still live in the same house. That is still my bathtub,' she said. 'They were trying to say, ‘Oh, zoom in on the faucet. It is the congresswoman's breasts!' and in reality it was me the whole time!'
Leathers now writes for the political website Washington Babylon.
